As part of the Culinary Trail Project, we are proud to host a series of three Business Model Roundtables dedicated to strengthening regional cooperation, promoting innovative franchising models, and advancing sustainable gastro-tourism in the Danube region.

These roundtables are designed to:

  • Introduce and refine the Culinary Trail franchise model

  • Explore franchising strategies, operational procedures, and stakeholder benefits

  • Gather feedback and create meaningful connections across regions

Our first roundtable successfully united culinary experts, business representatives, and regional partners to explore franchise strategies that honor local traditions while enabling business growth.

Key speakers included:

  • Borut Rončević (SASS) on leveraging marketing to preserve culinary heritage

  • Vujadin Vujadinović (REDASP) on the power of cross-border collaboration

  • Martin Dujčak (TUKE) on international franchising models

  • Filip Gojković (Red Wings), who shared practical insights from the Red Wings food franchise

  • Miriama Melicherova (TUKE), who led an engaging session and deep-dive into franchise models

📌 Participation is open to all relevant stakeholders. Each partner is kindly requested to nominate at least two participants per roundtable.
