Culinary Trail Showcased at SReST Event in Malinska ..cross-fertilization in action
On May 29th, we had the opportunity to present the Culinary Trail project at the SReST event held in Malinska (island Krk, Croatia). The gathering brought together various project teams to explore synergies and foster potential partnerships across initiatives.
The event focused on promoting sustainable development through slow food tourism, local ingredients, and authentic culinary experiences. This perfectly aligns with the goals of the Culinary Trail, which aims to celebrate regional gastronomy and support environmentally conscious tourism.
A special highlight of the day was a gourmet experience prepared by local residents, offering us a taste of carefully selected local delicacies.
