Project successful functioning of our transnational demonstration and training activities centre
At the end of June, representatives from HRC Culinary Academy, project coordinator Tatyana Dimitrova together with our head chef instructor Viktor Svetoslavov, visited the reconstruction site of the Demonstration and Training Center for Ethnic and Local Culinary Tourism in Novo Mesto.
Alongside Borut Rončević the project manager of the Culinary Trail project at the School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica, and an expert architect, they brainstormed the optimal layout and compliance standards for our future culinary hub.
This vital meeting ensures the successful functioning of our transnational demonstration and training activities for the project.
