KASZ+ 2026 exhibition in Kecskemét
The exhibition of the Kecskemét Steel Sculpture, Fine Arts Symposium (KASZ+) reopened on June 26, 2026. The exhibition took place at the KÉSZ Group’s steel structure manufacturing facility in the Kecskemét Industrial and Innovation Park, where the active factory environment and industrial backdrop provided unique technological opportunities for the artists.
The artists’ work was supported by employees from numerous departments within the KÉSZ Group: from design engineers and CNC machine operators to metalworkers, welders, development engineers, and electricians, all the way to the logistics team and students participating in vocational training. Thanks to this collaboration, a number of unique works were created this year as well, including interactive light and sound installations, which will be showcased at domestic and international exhibitions in the future.

“The visitor becomes immersed in the artwork. In fact, when they place their hands on the sensors, the visitor’s heart rate is transmitted to the computer, and the sensor-based control system influences the tempo and rhythm of the light show,” said István Árvai, curator and artistic director of the K-ARTS Art Foundation, during a presentation of one of the completed installations.
