Regional development strategy conference and discussion forum on sustainability and networking by enterprise support

The conference will bring together experts with international experience on the national and local implementation of regional development strategies and business promotion management concepts. During the discussion forum in the second part of the event, the experts will listen to the views and suggestions of the relevant stakeholders (entrepreneurs, clusters, chambers of commerce, local government, government office) with the objective to identify sustainable practices by circular economy concepts.

The event will be also the local co-creation lab of the DECORATOR project involving SMEs and other stakeholders to conceptualize sustainable construction processes inspired by circular economy and digital advancements. Our goal is to develop a prototype of a digital process using service design and art-based methods to develop a new understanding, meaning, and use of building places.

The series of events will continue in the next months by partnership of the cooperating industrial clusters in Szeged. Developed through the subsequent actions of the DECORATOR project to re-thinking building spaces according to green, digital, and social principles, the digital prototype of one selected model-based project will be achieved with constructors, artists, and professionals.
