On October 26^th 2024, an outdoor demonstration event was held in Weiz, integrated into the city’s popular Hiking Day. This initiative provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the innovative energy solutions at the Innovation Center Weiz, with a focus on promoting local engagement and knowledge transfer.

The event featured a presentation of the innovative storage system by Günther Maier, the technical expert and manager at the Innovation Center Weiz. His detailed explanation of the system's operation and benefits sparked significant interest among attendees. The demonstration offered an in-depth look at how the system supports peak load management and increases energy self-sufficiency, effectively illustrating its practical applications.

A diverse group of participants attended, including energy prosumers, local companies, households, policymakers, and energy professionals. The event was an important activity aimed at empowering target groups and transferring pilot project results to new areas. By interacting directly with the technology and discussing its potential applications, attendees gained valuable insights into how similar initiatives could be implemented in their own communities.
