1st Steering Committee Meeting Plan-C, TZ-Horb

The 1st Steering Committee Meeting of the Plan-C project in Horb brought partners together to review progress, coordinate next steps, and deepen their joint work on circular transformation in the plastics and machinery industries. During the meeting, partners discussed the current status of Work Package 1, including mapping activities, good practice examples, identified challenges, stakeholder input, and the definition of key factors and cornerstones for further work. They also worked on defining relevant plastics application fields, shaping the concept for upcoming Design Thinking workshops, and planning the next tasks within the related activities through the end of 2024. In addition, the consortium reviewed project management matters such as daily coordination, quality assessment, and reporting in Jems, while Innoskart presented the current status of communication activities and the outlook for the coming months. The meeting also covered progress and upcoming tasks within Work Package 2, ensuring alignment among partners on the next implementation steps. Complementing the working sessions, the company visit to Arburg and the city tour offered valuable opportunities for practical insight, exchange, and strengthening cooperation among project partners.
