Kick-off Meeting Plan-C

The Plan-C project kick-off meeting in Linz provided partners with an opportunity to jointly establish the professional and operational framework for their cooperation. Following the welcome and introduction by the Lead Partner, Biz-Up, participants worked together in a design thinking workshop to build a shared understanding of how circular solutions can be developed in the plastics and machinery industries. The partners also reviewed in detail the content and current status of Work Packages 1, 2 and 3, as well as the tasks planned until June 2024 and the outlook for the remainder of the year. In addition, discussions covered daily project management, quality assurance, financial and eligibility rules, and the handling of budget lines. Innoskart presented the communication activities, the main elements of the communication strategy, and the setup of the project’s communication channels, while the presentation by EUSDR Priority Area 8 placed the project objectives into a broader policy and competitiveness context. Overall, the meeting created a strong foundation for coordinated cooperation, joint planning, and the successful implementation of the project.
