#RomansWineDanube to Be Presented at EU Transferability Conference in Stuttgart

The #RomansWineDanube project will be presented at the upcoming Transferability Conference, a major EU-level event dedicated to skills, innovation, and sustainable transformation across Europe’s cultural, creative, tourism, and SME sectors. As one of the eight invited EU-funded initiatives, our project will showcase how Roman heritage, enotourism, and cross-border collaboration can strengthen regional identities and create new opportunities for sustainable tourism development along the Danube.

Throughout the conference, #RomansWineDanube will take part in exchanges focused on project results, lessons learned, and practical tools that can be transferred to other regions. This participation represents an excellent opportunity to highlight our work on connecting Roman heritage sites with wine tourism experiences, as well as our efforts to engage local communities, tourism stakeholders, cultural institutions, and SMEs in building a long-term thematic route.

Hosted on 4 February 2026 in Stuttgart, the Transferability Conference will gather eight EU-funded projects: Capacity2Transform, CCSI4CCSI, CYANOTYPES, GreenCCircle, GREENPACT, GREENSMES, SMERF, and #RomansWineDanube. The full-day program includes a keynote on the role of skills in Europe’s transformation, a fire-pitching session presenting the eight projects, interactive workshops, and thematic panel discussions covering stakeholder engagement, emerging green and digital skills, and pathways to ensuring long-term impact.

The event will bring together policymakers, entrepreneurs, cultural actors, tourism experts, and project partners from across Europe. Participants will have the chance to explore hands-on tools and methodologies, hear testimonials from end-users, and engage in discussions shaping the future of skills development and sustainability. By taking part in this collaborative space, #RomansWineDanube contributes to building a shared European legacy grounded in culture, innovation, and transformative capacity building.

Join us in Stuttgart on 4 February 2026 – to celebrate transformation, share knowledge, spark collaboration, and build the next chapter of the creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
