How can we improve the safety of tailings in the Košice region?
As part of the Safety4TMF project, Via Carpatia EGTC organized a meeting called Stakeholder Roundtable, attended by notable guests including representatives from WATER MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION, STATE ENTERPRISE, District office of Košice, Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, State Geological Institute of Dionýz Štúr, Technical University of Kosice, Faculty of Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnologies, MH Heating Holding and Košice Self-governing Region.
They discussed the current situation of tailings, especially in the Košice region. Partners helped identify the problems and challenges they face and suggested solutions on how they can contribute to the successful implementation of the project.
