🌍 SAFETY4TMF Pilot Exercise 3 – Vlăhița, Romania 🇷🇴
From 3–5 September 2025, over 100 participants from 17 institutions across 6 countries joined forces in Harghita County for a large-scale disaster management simulation.

🚨 The scenario: partial failure of a tailings facility after heavy rain, requiring flood protection, rescues, firefighting, medical response & evacuation.

🤝 Highlights:

Volunteer & professional firefighters worked side by side with international teams.
Bulgarian EMS led triage & medical drills.
Flood, fire & technical rescue simulations tested coordination.
Strong teamwork overcame language barriers.
