PP12 Activity Update

Our project partner VIA CARPATIA from Slovakia sent us a great summary of their activities, thank you for your work and keep it up!

As part of the SAFETY4TMF project, we have carried out several activities over the recent period. In addition to the regular project agenda, we organized several meetings focused on key project outputs.

On April 2–3, 2025, we held a working meeting with stakeholders and experts directly at the site of our pilot location – the Bodnárec TMF. The program included a site inspection and a technical discussion regarding the setup of the pilot activities. The meeting was attended by representatives from universsity, designers, practical partners, state enterprises, as well as the mayor of the municipality of Slovinky.

We continue to closely cooperate with Vodohospodárska výstavba in preparing the pilot implementation, with several working meetings held. The most recent took place on June 4, 2025, in Bratislava, where we discussed the next steps in detail.

As part of the training activity, we are preparing a series of on site training sessions to be led by Miroslav Betuš from the Technical University of Košice, who will act as the lead trainer.

We also participated in the stakeholder roundtable in Ostrava (June 10, 2025), organized by Czech partners (OSU and SMO). In addition to the Slovak project partners, representatives of Vodohospodárska výstavba and TUKE also joined the event. The main topics discussed included the development of national training plans, dissemination activities, and technical coordination of pilot outputs – with OSU, as the expert guarantor of our pilot, providing valuable professional input
