SteelCityZen – A New Employment Platform

As part of the SteelCityZen project, the Municipality of Nikšić has developed an online platform designed to connect employers with potential job candidates and provide a better understanding of labour market needs and skills requirements.

The platform enables employers to publish job vacancies, while candidates can create profiles and showcase their skills and qualifications. In this way, the platform aims to improve the matching of labour supply and demand and create new employment opportunities across Montenegro.

We invite employers to register and publish their job vacancies, and all interested candidates to create profiles and showcase their competencies.

The platform was developed within the framework of the project project “Diversifying labour markets in industrial cities of the Danube Region via enhanced stakeholder cooperation and skills matchmaking to support local transitions and promote long-term sustainable development” – SteelCityZen, funded by the European Union through the Interreg Danube Region Programme.
