StoreMore Brings Together Energy Innovation Stakeholders - StoreMore Workshop in Ústí nad Labem
Sustainable energy storage and innovation took center stage at the StoreMore project workshop held on April 20, 2026, at the Innovation Centre of the Ústí Region (ICUK) in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic.

The international StoreMore project, implemented within the framework of the Interreg Danube Region Programme, aims to develop and promote sustainable energy storage solutions that contribute to the more efficient integration of renewable energy sources and to environmental sustainability in the region.
During the workshop, participants gained insight into the project's objectives and explored best practices in the fields of energy storage and green energy utilization. The programme also introduced funding opportunities available through Horizon Europe and the EIC Accelerator, with a particular focus on supporting research, development, and innovation projects.
The event also provided an opportunity for professional networking. Representatives of ICUK, the Technology Centre Prague, and local stakeholders exchanged experiences and discussed future cooperation opportunities. Several participants expressed interest in the upcoming activities of the StoreMore project, especially in relation to the online energy storage modelling tool and AI-based optimization solutions.
