From Strategy to Action: Local Action Planning in ANCHOR

One of the core pillars of the ANCHOR project is the development of Local Action Plans (LAPs) — and the process is well underway.

During our action planning session in Varna, Bulgaria we laid the foundations for the work ahead. We clarified the methodology, key steps, and expectations for the Local Action Planning process. The focus: structured, collaborative and evidence-based co-development.

Currently, the Local Action Plan template is under development and will be included as an Annex to the Transnational Strategy. This will provide a common framework while allowing flexibility to respond to local realities.

Over the coming months, partners will work closely with their local stakeholders to co-create their LAPs — ensuring that solutions are rooted in local needs and shaped through constructive dialogue.

A first draft version of the Local Action Plans is expected in May, and we are looking forward to presenting and discussing them at our upcoming meeting in Varaždin, Croatia.

Step by step, we are moving from shared challenges to locally anchored solutions.
