5th Steering Committee Meeting

On 29th May, we successfully concluded the 5th Steering Committee Meeting of the Culinary Trail of the Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region project in Novo mesto, Slovenia.

Together with project partners from across the Danube Region, we reviewed key project achievements, final activities, and future steps to develop sustainable culinary tourism, preserve local culinary heritage, and strengthen international cooperation.

The meeting placed particular emphasis on safeguarding and digitalizing culinary heritage, developing innovative culinary tourism models, strengthening partnerships and joint development strategies, and promoting new approaches for the future of local gastronomy in the Danube Region.

We thank the hosts at Mundus Restaurant, project partners, organizers, and all participants for their excellent cooperation, valuable knowledge exchange, and shared commitment to the future of culinary heritage.
