Culinary Trail Final Event Celebrated the Flavours and Stories of the Danube Region

On Saturday, 30 May 2026, the Culinary Trail Final Event will continue within the Culinary Trail Demonstration and Training Center and Restaurant Mundus in Novo mesto, bringing together the rich flavors, traditions, and stories of the Danube region.

The event will offer visitors a unique gastronomic experience inspired by the diverse cultures and cuisines of the Danube area. Through authentic recipes, local ingredients, and contemporary culinary interpretations, guests will discover the region's cultural richness through food.

Held under the slogan “Flavours of Danube. Endless stories.”, the festival will showcase culinary heritage, intercultural connections, and innovative approaches to preserving traditional cuisine. Visitors can expect a vibrant atmosphere filled with tastings, presentations, and inspiring culinary experiences where tradition meets modern gastronomy.

The event is organised within the Culinary Trail project, which promotes sustainable tourism, cultural cooperation, and the preservation of culinary heritage across the Danube region.
