Culinary Trail of the Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region: Successful 2nd SCOM and Peer-to-Peer Workshop in Craiova

On the 9th and 10th of October, the Culinary Trail of the Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region project marked two highly productive days with its 2nd Steering Committee (SCOM) meeting and a peer-to-peer workshop. The event took place in Craiova, Romania 🇷🇴, hosted by our esteemed project partner, ARoTT.

The gathering brought together project partners to discuss ongoing progress, share best practices, and strategize future activities to further promote the rich culinary heritage of the Danube region. The peer-to-peer workshop provided a valuable opportunity for partners to exchange insights, deepen cooperation, and explore innovative approaches for showcasing the region's unique ethnic and local cuisines.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the project partners for their dedication, hard work, and for making these days both productive and enjoyable. Together, we are shaping the future of culinary tourism in the Danube region.
