Culinary Trail Roadshow Brings Vibrant Flavours to Novo mesto
The newly opened Demonstration and Training Centre in Novo Mesto came alive this week as the Culinary Trail Roadshow showcased the rich and diverse cuisines of Thailand, Bosnia, Turkey, Macedonia, and Ukraine. It was a wonderfully busy and heartwarming day filled with colour, collaboration, and unforgettable flavours.
Each community prepared a vibrant selection of traditional dishes, transforming the venue into a true cultural crossroads. The Thai team delighted guests with a live Thai barbecue, featuring freshly prepared dishes and a demonstration of a unique traditional cooking technique. Visitors also enjoyed delicious local specialities from Dobrote Dolenjske and explored a range of local and ethnic beverages and wines.
The atmosphere throughout the event was joyful and welcoming—an inspiring celebration of culinary heritage, cultural exchange, and community spirit. The Roadshow not only highlighted the beauty of each cuisine but also strengthened connections among the participating communities, reminding everyone of the power of food to unite people.
