The 2nd meeting of Danube Indeet

One of the main pillars of Danube Indeet is data collection that allows the partnership to test the Danube Indeet Model, and by creating different future scenarios, create an evidence-based Strategy for an integrated energy and mobility concept. This Strategy will be able to take into account the future energy needs of the transport sector and determine the possibilities for grid-to-vehicle-to-grid application and green hydrogen production /integration. 

The database structure is ready, partners are busy working on data collection while creating legal analyses, collecting and sharing successful, already existing business examples that will together contribute to a picture of what can be achieved by integrating green hydrogen production, renewable energy, alternative fuel vehicles to increase energy efficiency and security and which, combined with the data collection activities will be the main focus of the next few months.

During the meeting, we will have the chance to learn more about the developments taking place in Montenegro in the maritime sector, in energy storage, and more importantly, what is the current status of renewable energy at our host, the Municipality of Ulcinj.

The partnership continues to push forward towards developing concrete, practical results - in the following months, we will be able to share with you the first results and will look to understand the relation to and opinions of e-mobility and hydrogen in the different partner countries, so make sure that you are following our channels!
