Business model development

In our last video, Mr. Slavisa Jelisic, Director and Senior Advisior of LIR Evolution explains how the Danube Indeet project partnership has developed 10 business models. These focused on three key areas defined - RES, hydrogen and e-mobility and performed comparative analysis covering technical and technological feasability, analysis of financial and economic feasability and analysis of their impacts on the environment, the community and their replicability. The analysis findings confirm that these business models represent economically viable and sustainable solutions in the long term, with significant potential to support the transition toward decarbonization and a more sustainable energy future at both local and national levels. The developed analysis will be promoted in order to support uptake of the technologies and to provide ideas for potential investors, energy planners, communities and energy suppliers.
