Introducing our partners: Municipality of Ulcinj

In this last partner-introduction video Arsllan Hajdinaga, project manager for EU funds at the Municipality of Ulcinj briefly introduces the sunny seaside resort as well as talks about how Ulcinj will contribute to the energy transition.

Ulcinj is a coastal municipality in Montenegro with significant potential for the production of renewable energy. The Municipality of Ulcinj aims to accelerate the transition to renewable energy by leveraging its strong natural resources—particularly solar and wind—to increase local clean energy generation.

The municipality has already implemented numerous projects in the field of energy efficiency, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development. Ulcinj is also one of the pilot project sites in the Danube Indeet Project, further supporting innovative approaches to energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
