Second Regional Stakeholder Meeting Organized by PI Redea - Danube4SEecosystem Project

On September 20, 2024, PI Redea successfully hosted the second regional stakeholder meeting as part of the Danube4SEecosystem project. The event took place at the Technological-Innovation Center Međimurje (TICM), Čakovec, Croatia, gathering key stakeholders involved in the development of social enterprises. The project, funded under the 1st Call of the Danube Region Programme 2021-2027, aims to enhance the social economy by involving local public authorities to foster inclusive labor markets in the Danube Region.

The meeting featured a SWOT analysis of the national and local social economy ecosystems, centred around the theme "How to better support social entrepreneurs in starting, growing, innovating, and creating jobs with the involvement of local authorities." This analysis will play a crucial role in shaping a local action plan to support social enterprises and their capacity for innovation and job creation.

This event highlighted the importance of collaboration between local authorities and social enterprises to drive sustainable growth and job creation in the Danube region.
