The D4SEE Training Platform on Social Entrepreneurship Is Now Available for Access Without Registration
The digital learning platform developed within the D4SEE project is now available for access without registration, offering users the possibility to explore the educational content in full without the need to create an account.
The platform is structured around two main categories of users – local public authorities and social enterprises – each benefiting from dedicated modules tailored to their specific capacity-building and skills development needs.

For local public authorities, the platform offers 8 microlearning modules covering:
introduction to social economy and social entrepreneurship;
the legal, legislative and financial framework;
collaboration with social enterprises;
the role of social enterprises as value-added suppliers;
expectations of social enterprises towards public administration;
non-financial support provided by public authorities;
the development of greener, more social and transparent communities;
examples of good practices implemented by municipalities.
For social enterprises, the platform includes 9 microlearning modules focused on:
values development and communication;
risk management;
access to new markets;
marketing and online promotion;
integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles;
access to financing;
human resources management;
collaboration with local public authorities.
All learning materials, exercises and assessment tools are fully accessible without registration, facilitating broad access to the resources developed within the project and supporting knowledge transfer to a wider audience.
It is important to note that, at platform level, there is a limitation regarding certificate issuance for users who are not registered. Certificates are automatically generated based on authenticated user activity and therefore cannot be issued without the creation of an individual account. The only difference between access without registration and access for registered users is the possibility to obtain a completion certificate.
The piloting period has ended, and the platform is now entering a phase of wider use and capitalization, contributing to skills development and supporting the growth of the social economy ecosystem in the Danube Region.
