Upcoming Project Event in Maribor: Seminar and Study Visit on Social Economy Support

20–21 May 2025, Maribor, Slovenia – The University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, will host the second seminar and study visit within the framework of the Danube4SEecosystem project. This event is dedicated to project partners and aims to explore how different stakeholders support social economy entities, while also showcasing good practices from the local environment.

Event Overview

Day 1 – 20 May 2025: Project Seminar and Partners Meeting

The seminar will feature presentations from experts and practitioners in the social economy field, including insights into national and Danube-region support systems, social enterprise accelerators, best practices from local organizations and local development agencies. The afternoon will be dedicated to internal project discussions among partners, focused on activity updates and planning.

Day 2 – 21 May 2025: Study Visits

Project partners will explore key local initiatives in the field of social economy.

This internal event supports knowledge exchange and coordination among Danube4SEecosystem project partners, with a focus on practical approaches to empowering the social economy sector.
