SteelCityZen Partners Meet in Nikšić for Second Transnational Workshop

SteelCityZen partners will gather for the 2nd Transnational Partner Workshop on 25–26 March 2026 in Nikšić, Montenegro. The meeting marks an important step in the project as it moves into the next phase of its implementation.

The first day will focus on thematic exchanges and collaborative learning, bringing together project partners and associated strategic partners. The event will open with welcome addresses and an overview of the agenda, followed by a presentation from the Danube Region Programme. Key project results will be shared, including findings from the Joint Stakeholder Analysis and the Status Quo Analysis Reports, alongside SteelCityZen case studies. Participants will also exchange experiences and discuss ways to improve cooperation and build trust with stakeholders.

The workshop will officially launch activities under Specific Objective 2, focused on planning and implementing pilot actions. Partners will present their pilot ideas and begin working together in three Transnational Working Groups (TWGs), each dedicated to a different pilot stream.

The second day will be dedicated to the Steering Committee meeting, where project progress, financial updates, and next steps will be discussed. Communication activities and cooperation with other EU projects will also be addressed.

The meeting in Nikšić is expected to strengthen collaboration across the partnership, align pilot activities, and set a solid foundation for the next phase of SteelCityZen project implementation.
