Platform for Career Counseling Development
On April 9, the "Platform for Career Counseling Development" event, organized by MS PAKT, took place. As a partner of PP3 Slezská Ostrava, we were invited to the meeting along with approximately ten experts from various organizations focused on career counseling.
As part of the program, we presented the SteelCityZen project, its main objectives, planned activities, the method of engaging key stakeholders, and the implementation schedule. The presentation provided an opportunity to share our vision and sparked a subsequent expert discussion. This discussion yielded valuable insights, particularly thanks to the participation of professionals who engage in career counseling in their daily practice.
Their experiences and insights from the field enriched the debate with specific comments, recommendations, and warnings about areas that warrant closer attention. We took away a number of inspiring insights from the event that will help us further develop the project and better target its activities.
