Online Synergy and Capitalisation Meeting within the EUSDR Framework

Representatives of "Ruđer Bošković" Airport – the Lead Partner of the DANOVA NEXT project, Hrvoje Spremić, and Magdalena Guzalić from SOIH – the project’s Communication Manager, participated on 29 April 2026 in an online meeting dedicated to networking, synergy building, and the capitalisation of project results within the framework of the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR).

The organisers (Interreg Danube Region) highlighted that the aim of this activity is to further connect projects, encourage the exchange of experiences, and ensure greater visibility and long-term impact of project results at the programme level, as well as within the EU Strategy for the Danube Region.

During the online meeting, all participating Lead Partners presented their projects in short five-minute presentations. Each project briefly outlined its objectives and ongoing activities, with particular emphasis placed on existing cooperation with other projects, as well as on opportunities for future networking and joint initiatives.

The meeting also made use of a shared document in which project representatives had previously entered information about their activities, enabling easier identification of potential areas for cooperation. This allowed participants to better recognise complementary activities and identify opportunities for joint projects, knowledge exchange, and increased impact of results on the ground.

Participation of the DANOVA NEXT project representatives in this meeting contributed to further strengthening the visibility of project activities, as well as networking with other partners working in the field of accessibility and inclusive development, with the aim of ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project.
