SWOT Analysis Workshop for Sustainable Tourism Development in Piskavica

As part of the Mystical Danube project, the City Development Agency of Banja Luka organized a SWOT analysis workshop, marking the second phase of the activity titled:
"SWOT Analysis and Workshops for Applying Assessment Tools to Develop Sustainable Tourism Products and Services at Pilot Locations."

The workshop focused on the micro-location of Piskavica, a lesser-visited rural area within the City of Banja Luka, with the aim of exploring its tourism potential and identifying key opportunities for sustainable development.

Engaging the Local Community

Members of the Cultural and Artistic Society "Piskavica"
Representatives of the Womens Association "Verićanke"
Local tourist guides and ethnomusicologists
Representatives of the City of Banja Luka and the Local Community of Piskavica
Interested locals and tourism professionals
