Urban agriculture to empower society
It’s all for people and everything our projects do is for the wellbeing of people.
We present you one of the outputs of the DTP project AgriGo4Cities. A top-down process is alienating us from the nature, and we fail to capture locally important factors.
Urban agriculture has become an important research topic in recent years and there is an increasing motivation to do urban agriculture related to food security and livelihoods development, particularly for poor and disadvantaged segments of society.
We call local public authorities, policy makers, civilian associations and organisations, whoever is interested in this topic to check out this Good practices catalogue of participatory urban agriculture.
