Lead partner seminar (Belgrade, Serbia)
The Interreg Danube Region Programme (DRP) 2021-2027 Lead Partner Seminar (First Call) took place on April 25-26 in Belgrade. This event served as an excellent networking platform, allowing Priority Area Coordinators to engage with Lead Partners representing over 140 project partners from 60 First Call projects throughout the Danube region.
Representing the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic as the lead partner of PlotInnCities, lead coordinator Miroslav Scheiner and project manager Katerina Fiala attended the two-day seminar. They gained valuable insights and knowledge related to project management that will benefit the entire consortium in the long-run. The representatives also established new contacts with other consortia for synergy-building and capitalisation activities in consequent phases of the project implementation. This paves the way to further enhancing collaboration across the Danube Region and achieving project goals more efficiently.
