EnerCo Solutions

DESCRIPTION:

EnerCo SW is a comprehensive software tool for the design and optimization of energy systems and projects of community energy. It allows to simulate the technical and economic operation of energy units (communities, cities, companies, BD) under real operational and legislative conditions. The output is the design of the system configuration - optimal deployment of resources, installed capacities, types and capacities of storage technologies, matching with consumption, design of allocation keys and allocation to sharing groups. In one hour or 15-minute steps, it models the operation and uses machine learning algorithms to optimize system parameters to maximize energy and economic efficiency. It works with real technical network constraints, current legislation and different business models. The tool is based on academic research but is designed for practical use by municipalities, companies and developers. They are convinced of the uniqueness of our software, whose outputs are indeed the cornerstone of successful community energy projects.

Exotech-solutions

Účka - the product of Exotech-solutions - is an innovative system of community challenges and rewards that motivates citizens, visitors and students to actively participate in improving public space and community life in Ústí nad Labem. Participants choose from a diverse range of challenges - from city improvement and cultivation to cultural and educational events - and earn “Účka”, a virtual currency redeemable for benefits at local partners, for completing them. The system promotes active citizenship, connects local organisations, schools and businesses and strengthens people's relationship with their city. Thanks to a digital platform with clearly defined goals, the project not only has a high potential to scale within the app, but also allows for easy adaptation and portability to other cities. Účka brings a sustainable and effective model for strengthening community cohesion and urban development.

Glassiteca

Demonstrator of the use of the Glassticine material in public spaces for green walls, surfaces and roofs. This is a 1.5 x 1 x 2 m relocatable device that will test the material's potential for reducing temperature and increasing ambient humidity, while also allowing city residents to learn about innovative and environmentally friendly solutions. Glassticine is a material prepared from waste glass (which ends up in landfills), the mixture of raw materials can be shaped initially and after sintering (baking), a material with open pores is created. The material is thus absorbent and one possible use is for growing plants. The material retains moisture and, due to evaporation from its surface and from the plants, passively lowers the temperature and increases the humidity in its surroundings. The demonstrator will allow to verify in real conditions the technology (material and associated fixing and irrigation systems), the expected properties (reduction of temperature and increase of humidity in the surroundings, resistance to climate change, conditions for plants), interaction with the environment.

nextdrop

Pilsen, the city of water is a project in which we plan to install a nextdrop control system for complex monitoring and management of water in the Techmania area. We will connect existing installations within the city Pilsen via nextdrop cloud. This will create a unique digital model that will be able to analyse consumption in real time in different buildings and areas (residential and office buildings, industrial areas or zoos). The model will make it possible to monitor everything in a single place, detect accidents and predict consumption depending on the time of day, the weather or the state of flow in rivers. The system will also allow interconnection with the city's existing digital infrastructure. Pilsen will become an agile pilot of Smart City in the field of blue-green infrastructure and digital services, in which the public will be involved thanks to Techmania. The nextdrop technology, developed in cooperation with ZČU and VŠCHT and tested by the city's institutions (Vodárna Plzeň, SIT), will represent a product with high innovation and export potential.

PalmApp Tech

PalmApp AI Public is a voice-controlled AI assistant for public administration. It enables users to quickly retrieve the information they need from documents and minutes (e.g. council or council meetings) by voice query, without lengthy text reading. The system analyses the content of minutes using advanced natural language processing, identifies key points in them (e.g. resolutions or tasks) and provides a response or summary immediately upon user query. The solution is an innovative combination of voice control and automated content analysis. Such an approach is a novelty in public administration, which improves work efficiency and transparency. The aim of the pilot project is to verify the functionality and benefits of the solution in practice and to fine-tune it according to the needs of users. The pilot will take place in cooperation with the Central Bohemian Region, which, thanks to its size and openness to innovation, offers an ideal environment for testing and subsequent implementation of the solution.

YoungLink

YoungLink is a web-based application that gives schools (or sports clubs) and parents an overview of how children are doing socially within the classroom. The solution examines how children get along with each other, whether risky behaviour is present in the classroom, or how dominant pupils influence their classmates. The output of the solution is an online dashboard for the school and parents that, in addition to data inputs, contains expert recommendations from child psychologists and counselors to help school staff and parents read the report on the classroom and the child and help them choose the right course of action to improve the social climate within the classroom.
