The proposed solution consists in the installation of vertical green walls and movable vegetable covers in densely populated urban spaces, in order to combat the effects of climate change and to increase the quality of life. By using modular, sustainable and easy -to -maintain structures, the project offers shadow, natural cooling, air purification and educational opportunities regarding sustainability and ecology. Our pilot project includes implementation, climatic monitoring, community involvement and relevant data collection. The solution is scalable, with real potential for replication in other public and educational spaces.

Primassist is an innovative solution that integrates artificial intelligence into local public administration to make the activity of officials more efficient. The concept is based on the creation of specialized virtual assistants for each department of the City Hall, able to understand complex requirements and provide answers based on existing organizational documents. Our approach is pragmatic and gradual: we start with the implementation in the town halls, where the volume of data is reduced, allowing us to optimize the data transformation tools and to identify the minimum packs of virtual assistants. The solution combines a cloud platform with GEseidl expertise in data processing, transforming legal documents, internal procedures and public communications into relevant responses for the specific activity of each type of official. As the model is perfected, we will gradually expand it to the larger mayors, including municipalities like Ploiești.

Circularbucks is an innovative platform based on artificial intelligence, designed to optimize the supply of waste batteries for recycling units in Europe. Our solution automates the identification and verification of small and medium suppliers, providing an updated image of available stocks. Currently, we are at an incipient stage of development of the platform, having a functional prototype of AI algorithms (TRL 4). We are prepared for an agile pilot project to demonstrate the efficiency of the solution under real conditions.

Let's do it, Romania! ” App is a free mobile application, available on Android and iOS, which allows citizens to report areas with illegally stored waste or the presence of ambrosia, using GPS photos and location.
The notifications are centralized in a digital platform, verified by the team and transmitted to the competent authorities. The main purpose of the application is the national mapping and facilitating their cleaning by involving the community and collaborating with local institutions.

Our solution consists in creating a micro-grid, this being a small, usually small energy system, which can work either connected to the electricity network or independent of it. Microgrids include energy sources, energy consumers and sometimes storage solutions. They are capable of managing and distributing energy autonomously within a community. Thus, our project is carried out within EFDN Sustainable City, where we have refurbished with high performance equipment from a sponsor of our five production points developed throughout the 12 years of activity of the association: 2 sustainable and energy efficient houses, a carport of charging electric cars, 2 photovoltaic trees.

The pilot project is a strategically located kioski in the strongly transited spaces in the cities neighborhoods (eg playgrounds, parks, markets), which offers easy access to relevant community information such as: air quality, noise level, local events and small businesses on a radius of 15 minutes (cities), information of public interest, an opportunities for the authorities Community investments.
Modern design facilitates readability and attractiveness. Kioskuri work non-interactive, with dynamic visual content, displayed sequentially. An interactive online version is possible by scanning a QR code dedicated to each neighborhood. This approach significantly reduces the costs, increasing the economic viability of the project.
Moreover, beyond weather alerts, the solution will be integrated with Amber alerts for missing people and will map the closest aid spaces and shelters in case of earthquake.
