Envirosense Hungary Kft.

The aim of the project is to develop an urban heat mapping system based on remote sensing, which uses satellite images and geoinformatics analysis to identify areas critical to the urban heat island effect. The special feature of the innovative solution is that it not only produces the heat map, but also analyzes public areas and categorizes the city's properties on a scale of 0-5 based on heat stress risk. With the help of the system, the municipality can carry out targeted green infrastructure developments, the most critical intervention areas can be identified, and the heat load affecting the population's health can be predicted. The project is implemented in cooperation with the municipality of Debrecen and the city development company EDC Debrecen. The method can be easily adapted to other cities and is particularly relevant in urban environments affected by climate change. Current readiness level of the solution: working concept (proof of concept).

Florescence Kft.

Florescence Kft. offers two different but complementary bicycle storage solutions: (1) community bicycle storage facilities in vacant rooms connected to public areas, and (2) public bicycle storage units developed in residential areas. The essence of the innovation is the value-adding recycling (upcycling) of unused urban infrastructure, which solves two urban problems in a cost-effective way: the lack of safe bicycle storage and the underutilization of vacant premises. The public solution is suitable for storing 6-12 bicycles, with solar isolation operation, internal lighting and a digital lock. The operation of both storage types is supported by a self-developed web application that enables registration, online rental, automatic payment and invoicing. The solution has been validated in a real environment, a reference facility is already operating in Budapest, and the aim of the tender is to expand in large rural cities.

Gamax Kft.

City AI, developed by Gamax Kft., is a comprehensive urban data integration platform capable of displaying data from various sources in cities (live locations of public transport vehicles, locations of micro-mobility devices, air pollution, utility outages, traffic cameras, events, etc.) etc.) in a unified, transparent and analysable format. The system uses artificial intelligence to learn patterns from historical data, make predictions and make data easily accessible through semantic search. What makes this solution unique is that, unlike other systems available on the market, it is able to organise and display the vast amount of heterogeneous data generated in a city in a structured manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making by local authorities. The project could have a significant impact on the management of transport and parking problems and on improving the efficiency of city operations. Current readiness level of the solution: proof of concept.

Genius Smart Group Kft.

A solution based on the remote reading of utility meters (mainly water) of buildings and municipal properties and a data-driven energy management system based on them. The project targets the settlements' serious problem: pipe breaks are regular due to the outdated water network, water loss is significant and emergency situations are frequent. The technology to be implemented during the pilot project ensures continuous monitoring of consumption and sends an automatic alarm in case of abnormal operation (pipe break, illegal water intake, technical error). One of the main innovations of the solution is the subsequent, non-interventional remote reading of traditional meters with infrared camera image reading and AI-controlled image interpretation. The system has a modular, scalable structure and can later be extended to monitor other types of energy (electricity, gas). Current readiness level of the solution: working concept (proof of concept).

Hunnia-Patika Bt.

The ‘Pharmacist at Home’ project aims to solve the problem of medicine supply in rural areas through digital and mobile-based development. The solution integrates three complementary innovations: 1) Telepharma platform - patients receive pharmaceutical advice via video call or telephone consultation; 2) Decentralised mobile pharmacy - prescription and over-the-counter medicines are delivered to villages by a pharmacist, with personal advice provided at the time of delivery; 3) Community co-creation ecosystem - collaboration between local authorities, care services and GPs. The project aims to improve access to healthcare, strengthen therapeutic cooperation, reduce costs and increase community cohesion for people living in small settlements without access to a pharmacy (approximately 800,000 people in Hungary). The system uses cloud-based technology, route optimisation applications and standardised processes, enabling rapid scalability. Current readiness level of the solution: proof of concept.
