The PilotInnCities consortium is heading to Brno! Join us at URBIS – The Smart Cities Meetup, the leading event for urban innovation and smart transformation in the Danube Region. From May 22 to 24, 2025, this landmark gathering will once again unite changemakers, innovators, and public sector leaders to explore how agile piloting can reshape our urban landscapes.

A Milestone Moment for the Project

Following a short period of quiet on our communication channels, we’re back — and stronger than ever. This brief pause wasn’t a lull, but a time of intense coordination and preparation. Behind the scenes, our consortium has been laying the groundwork for one of our biggest milestones to date: the first-ever Danubian Open Call for Agile Pilots.

We are proud to share that this call drew over 150 applications from startups, SMEs, and innovators from across the region. The quality and ambition of the proposed solutions exceeded expectations — bringing forward smart technologies ready for real-world urban testing.
