DECIDE participated in the Danube Salon 2026 in Berlin

On 5 March 2026, the Interreg Danube Region project DECIDE – Digital Services for Circular Economy participated in the Danube Salon 2026 in Berlin.

As part of the event, a presentation stand was organised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg and jointly implemented with Priority Area 8 (PA8) of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region as well as three selected Interreg Danube Region projects, including DECIDE.

At the joint stand, the DECIDE project presented its activities supporting SMEs and regional developers in implementing circular economy approaches through digital tools and practical guidance

The event took place at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the Federal Government and brought together stakeholders from across the Danube Region. The 11th Donausalon was held under the motto "Connecting regions, strengthening cohesion: Economic resilience and reducing disparities in the Danube Region". Around 520 guests from politics, business, diplomacy, and international organisations attended to exchange ideas and strengthen cooperation in the region.

At the joint stand, the DECIDE project presented its activities supporting SMEs and regional developers in implementing circular economy approaches through digital tools and practical guidance. The event provided a valuable opportunity for networking, presenting project results, and discussing how stronger cooperation in the Danube Region can contribute to economic resilience and regional cohesion.
