INSIGHTS FROM THE DECIDE AND CEFOODCYCLE WORKSHOP “CIRCULAR ECONOMY MEETS AI – RETHINKING BUSINESS MODELS” AT SALZ21
On March 5th, 2025, at the future-focused salz21 expo in Salzburg, the interactive workshop “Circular Economy Meets AI – Rethinking Business Models” brought together SME professionals from the textile and food sectors with scientific experts to explore how circular economy principles and artificial intelligence can jointly drive innovation. Organized by the Interreg Danube Region Project DECIDE and the Interreg Alpine Space Project CEFoodCycle, the event offered practical tools, real-world case studies, and hands-on guidance for developing sustainable and competitive business models.
