The workshop began with an introduction by Martin Kinitzki, consultant for digital business models at ZD.BB, who presented the DECIDE project — an international initiative uniting 16 project partners from 10 countries across the Danube region. His presentation focused on the importance of transitioning to a circular economy and the role DECIDE plays in providing practical tools and methods for businesses.

The heart of the workshop was an interactive, hands-on session in which participants explored creative methods for analyzing and designing innovative circular business models. Attendees highlighted the value of collaborative work, exchanging ideas with participants from various sectors, and expanding their understanding of circular economy principles in practice.
The session also offered participants an opportunity to explore best practices and learn how the DECIDE Toolbox can support companies in developing and evaluating circular business models with digital solutions. Different approaches for implementation were presented, with clear explanations of both the opportunities and challenges that companies may face.

We look forward to welcoming more participants eager to discover innovative ways to integrate circular economy practices into their businesses!
