Turning Circular Ideas into Action: The DECIDE Service Catalogue Is Now Online

The Circular Economy Service Catalogue is now publicly available at danube-services.eu. It is a central online platform designed to support organisations in their transition towards a circular economy. Developed within the DECIDE project, the catalogue provides easy access to practical, real-world circular economy business models and tools across a range of key sectors.

The Service Catalogue brings together best-practice circular economy cases from areas such as food, packaging, textiles, smart cities, and batteries. Each case presents a clear overview of the business concept, the circular value chain, sustainability impacts, and the maturity level of the solution. Where relevant, cases are also linked to specific Sustainable Development Goals, offering additional context and policy relevance.

The platform is designed to be user-friendly and searchable, allowing users to quickly filter and explore solutions based on sector, circular strategy, or thematic focus. This makes the catalogue a practical resource not only for inspiration, but also for identifying concrete approaches that can be adapted and implemented.

The Service Catalogue supports a wide range of users, including SMEs, public authorities, business support organisations, and researchers. Whether users are looking for tested business ideas, policy-relevant examples, or expert contacts, the catalogue serves as an accessible entry point into the DECIDE Toolbox.

Beyond showcasing case studies, the Service Catalogue also connects users to learning materials, tools, and workshop content, with further resources and decision-support features planned for future development. By bringing together knowledge, practice, and tools in one place, the catalogue helps bridge the gap between circular economy theory and real-world application.
